About us
Consulting since 2019, with one goal: your financial freedom.
We help people under financial pressure find a clearer, more manageable way forward, and we stay with them every step of the way.
Our story
From Fleap Global to Leap Concept.
Leap Concept Sdn Bhd started out as Fleap Global Enterprise in 2019. From the beginning, our focus has been simple: help financially troubled individuals get back on their feet and work towards financial freedom.
Over the years we've built strong working relationships with banks all over Malaysia, both conventional and Islamic. That lets us approach the right banks for each client, compare what they offer, and negotiate for a package that genuinely fits.
Today our team works from our head office in Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur, helping clients with debt consolidation, loan applications, property financing and financial planning.

Frequently asked questions.
I'm in financial trouble. Can you help me?
That's exactly what we do. Since 2019 we've specialised in helping people under financial pressure find a way forward. Reach out for a free consultation and we'll look at your situation together.
How does the process work?
Three steps. First we understand your full financial status. Then an expert advisor takes your case and compares what the banks can offer. Finally you get a tailor-made plan, and we guide you through the applications until it's done.
How much does it cost? How do you get paid?
Your first consultation is free and there's no obligation. If you decide to go ahead, your advisor will explain any fees clearly and upfront before anything is signed. No hidden charges.
Do you offer Islamic (Shariah-compliant) financing?
Yes. We work with both conventional and Islamic banks, so we can show you options from both and help you choose what suits your needs and preferences.
Which banks do you work with?
We have working relationships with banks across Malaysia, both conventional and Islamic. We reach out to the banks that fit your profile, compare the strongest offers and help you pick the most suitable package.
How long does approval take?
It depends on the bank, the type of financing and how quickly your documents are ready. After reviewing your case, your advisor will give you a realistic timeline. Approval is always the bank's decision, but good preparation helps.
What documents will I need?
Usually your IC, recent payslips, bank statements and EPF statement. Self-employed applicants may also need business registration and tax documents. For property financing, your current loan and property details. Your advisor will give you an exact checklist.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Your details are only used to assess and assist with your case, and are handled in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). See our Privacy Policy for details.
When can I contact you?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. You can WhatsApp or submit the form any time, and we'll get back to you on the next working day.
We'll be there every step of the way.
Talk to us. The first consultation is free, confidential and comes with no obligation.
